Lean Staffing

Our lean staffing model provides regular coverage at a significantly lower cost than traditional staffing. A school psychologist is assigned to the school/district to complete onsite direct services, participate in meetings virtually, and completes other tasks (e.g., scoring protocols, report writing, consultation, etc.) offsite. We use our own test kits, protocols, and scoring software unless an instrument is requested that isn't included in our inventory.

Mini Lean Staffing

  • Maximum student to school psychologist ratio is 500:1
  • Psychoeducational evaluations in person
  • Virtual meeting participation

  • FBAs and BIPs

*Rate will be discounted for contracts returned by June 1st. 

Lean Staffing

Pro Re Nata (PRN)

  • PRN services available as needed throughout the school year

Our experienced team delivers individualized evaluations, observations, and consultations—both in-person and virtually. Achievement Tests

  • Achievement Test – Reading, Writing, and/or Math

  • Full Achievement Test – Reading, Writing, Math, Listening Comprehension, and/or Oral Expression

  • Preschool Achievement – Assessment of school readiness skills

Cognitive Assessments

  • IQ – Assessment of cognitive skills

  • Preschool IQ – Assessment of cognitive skills

Rating Scales & Autism Assessments

  • DP4, DAYC2, or Conners EC – Preschool rating scales

  • ADOS-2 – Autism assessment

  • CARS-2 – Autism rating scale

Behavior & Adaptive Functioning

  • Parent, Teacher, and/or Student Interview – Assess adaptive behavior and/or behaviors related to Autism

  • Observation (30 mins) – Completed in school or home environment

  • Conners 4 – Long & Short – Assess behaviors related to ADHD

  • BASC-3 or ASRS – Assess adaptive and problem behaviors across settings

  • Adaptive Behavior Rating Scale – Assess ability to adapt to situations

Other Services

  • VMI – Provided via email, phone, or virtual

  • Meeting Participation (15 mins) – Virtual attendance

  • Consultation (15 mins) – Provided via email, phone, or virtual

  • Virtual Child Find Screening – Participate virtually in screenings for multiple students

  • Child Find Screening – Participate onsite in screenings for multiple students
