Dr. Bill Harbert

Bill is a Licensed Psycho-Educational Specialist and the owner of Little Johnny, LLC.  Before beginning his career in education, Bill served four years in the United States Marine Corps infantry.  From 2012–2018, Bill was the Director of Special Services in Lexington School District Three.  Prior to this position, he was the district’s school psychologist for nine years.  From 2005 to 2014, Bill was an adjunct instructor at Midlands Technical College and Limestone College.  Bill earned his Doctor of Education in Administration Leadership from Morehead State University.  His Specialist and Master of Science degrees in School Psychology are from Winthrop University, while his Bachelor of Arts is from USC-Aiken.  One of Bill’s most cherished accomplishments was being named Advocate of the Year in 2011 by the South Carolina Council for Exceptional Children.

Johnna Harbert

Johnna is dually certified to teach students who are deaf/hard of hearing and blind/visually impaired. In addition to working with Little Johnny, LLC part-time as a teacher for the deaf and hard of hearing, she is a teacher for the blind and visually impaired with The Vision Institute of South Carolina. Johnna received her Bachelor’s degree in Deaf Education from Converse College in 2002 and her Master’s degree  in Visual Impairments from the USC-Upstate in 2007. She received National Board Teacher Certification in the area of Exceptional Needs Specialist in 2007 and renewed that certification in 2017. Johnna was awarded District Teacher of the Year, in Lexington School District Three, for the 2015-2016 school year. She lives in Lexington with her husband, Bill and their four daughters Presley, Emmerson, Billie and Bayla.

Tanner Sullivan

Tanner is a recent graduate of Winthrop University.  When it comes to school psychology, he loves working with kids of all ages and the collaborative aspects of the career.  He was first drawn to psychology as a profession due to his interest in neuropsychology and behavior, but chose to pursue school psychology after job shadowing a professional prior to completion of his undergraduate degree. His favorite part of working as a school psychologist is forming positive relationships with staff members and the community he serves. When he is not in meetings or conducting comprehensive evaluations, Tanner enjoys making ceramic artwork, fishing, hiking, and travel.

Jeanie Cape

Jeanie is recently retired from the State of Georgia, where she spent 24 years as a school psychologist in the public schools.  She also worked as a school psychologist in Ohio for 9 years earlier in her career.  Jeanie holds a B.A. degree in psychology from King University, a M.Ed. degree in school psychology from the University of Georgia, and an Ed.S. degree in educational administration from Lincoln Memorial University.  She is certified as a School Psychologist II and Tier 1 Elementary and Secondary Principal in South Carolina and also remains certified as both school psychologist and administrator in Georgia through 2022.  Jeanie has been married to her husband David for 25 years, and they have two children – Brannon, 24, and Ellie, 21.  

Elena Flowers

Elena is a school psychologist who joined Little Johnny in 2018. Elena earned her Bachelor of Arts in History and French from Clemson University. She earned her Master of Arts in Psychology and Specialist in Education in School Psychology from The Citadel Graduate College. Prior to joining Little Johnny LLC, Elena completed her practicum and internship in school psychology in Charleston, SC and Batesburg-Leesville, SC and worked as a psychometrist with the Developmental Pediatrics division of the Medical University of South Carolina.

Lorraine Lopez

Lorraine has over 18 years of experience in education and 10 years as a school psychologist.  She has obtained an AA in Early Childhood Development, AS in Psychology, BS in Social Psychology, MS in Psychology and Specialist Degree in School Psychology.  Mrs. Tavarez Lopez has recently completed the Applied Behavior Analysis program through Clemson University.  Currently she is enrolled in a PsyD program in Clinical Psychology.  Mrs. Tavarez Lopez has experience with monolingual and bi-lingual (Spanish and English) families, evaluating individuals from 2–21 years old and providing behavioral services.  She has obtained licensure in Florida as a School Psychologist and licensure in South Carolina as a Licensed Psycho-Educational Specialist.

Kelly Beauchamp

Kelly is a school psychologist with 19 years of experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from The College of Charleston in 1996 and her Education Specialist degree in School Psychology from The Citadel in 1999. Over the past 19 years, Kelly has worked in the South Carolina public school system, Department of Disabilities and Special Needs Board, MUSC Developmental Pediatrics and a private day treatment program for abused and neglected children. Kelly’s experiences in a variety of settings have allowed her to work with children of all ages and of all developmental levels. She has an extensive background working with a wide range of learning, emotional, behavioral and developmental disorders and disabilities.

All of Little Johnny, LLC employees and contractors are certified in South Carolina. Our team has a wide range of experiences and backgrounds that allows us to meet the unique needs of school districts. Unlike other staffing companies, we are familiar with South Carolina guidelines and work with districts to come up with creative solutions to meet their needs to provide quality services to students with disabilities.
