Psychoeducational and Speech Language Evaluations

All evaluations completed by a Licensed Psycho-Educational Specialist (LPES) or a Licensed Speech Language Pathologist

Full Psychoeducational Evaluation (Ages 5+)

IQ test, achievement test, ADHD testing, and screening for behavioral, social, and emotional issues. Testing is divided into a minimum of two sessions including a parent interview. Evaluation review with parent/guardian is included.

Learning Disability Evaluation (Ages 5+)

$700

IQ test and achievement test (reading, math, and writing). Testing is divided into a minimum of two sessions including a parent interview. Evaluation review with parent/guardian is included.

Developmental Skills Evaluation (Ages 3-5)

$775

IQ test, achievement test, adaptive behavior, and behavior/social emotional. Evaluation review with parent/guardian is included. This evaluation meets Lexington School District One's psychoeducational criteria for early grade placement for preschoolers.

Early Grade Placement

$1150

IQ test, achievement test, adaptive behavior rating scale (teacher and parent), and behavior rating scale (teacher and parent). Testing is divided into a minimum of two sessions. Evaluation review with parent/guardian is included. This evaluation meets Lexington School District One's psychoeducational criteria for early grade placement for school aged students.

ADHD Testing (Age 5+)

IQ test, behavior rating scales, ADHD rating scale, and clinical interview. Evaluation review with parent/guardian is included.

Autism Evaluation

$1500

IQ test, autism rating scale, adaptive behavior assessment, diagnostic interview, functional communication, and play-based observations. Testing is divided into a minimum of three sessions including a parent interview. Evaluation review with parent/guardian is included.

ADOS-2

$950

This specialized autism evaluation is completed by two school psychologists.

Speech-Language Evaluation

$350

Articulation test and language test. Evaluation review with parent/guardian is included.

note: if the referral is for a child with learning problems or other conditions that significantly impact learning, he or she may be eligible for a psychoeducational assessment by the public school system free of charge.
